Product details
MP35N alloy steel rods are nickel, chromium, and cobalt alloys. MP35N is non-magnetic, has ultra-high tensile strength, and has good ductility. MP35N has a maximum temperature capability of 750 degrees Fahrenheit. In addition, it also has excellent corrosion resistance to chloride solutions, inorganic acids and hydrogen sulfide. The uses of MP35N also include petrochemical equipment, racing engines and submersibles, but MP35N's ability to resist stress corrosion and crevice corrosion usually makes it a fastener material. This alloy is usually processed to strengthen and aging treatment to obtain a strength of 260 to 300 ksi.
